Payment terms are agreed individually at the time of order confirmation.
Refunds: Custom review orders and editorial placements are non-refundable once editorial work has begun. "Editorial work" begins when a team member starts playing the game or begins drafting content.
If an order is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued at Questilog's discretion, less any reasonable administrative costs. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
No subscription or recurring billing applies to any service currently offered by Questilog. All services are one-off transactions unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
If you believe published content contains a factual error, you may submit a correction request to [email protected], including the specific claim you believe to be incorrect and supporting evidence. We review factual correction requests and respond within five business days.
