3. Editorial Services — General Terms

Questilog offers editorial services to game developers and publishers, including custom review orders, standard editorial placements, and premium sponsored reviews. By submitting an order enquiry, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding order. A binding order is only created when Questilog confirms acceptance in writing and payment terms are agreed.
All editorial services are subject to team availability. Questilog may decline any order without obligation to provide a reason.
Published timelines are estimates. Questilog does not guarantee publication by a specific date.
All content produced under an editorial service is subject to Questilog's Editorial Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

4. Custom Review Orders — Specific Terms

Custom review orders are subject to the following additional terms:

No guaranteed positive coverage: Reviews reflect genuine editorial opinions. Questilog does not guarantee that a review will be positive, neutral, or reach any particular conclusion. This is a condition of the service and is acknowledged at the time of ordering.
No pre-publication approval: Developers and publishers do not receive review drafts for approval prior to publication. Finished reviews are published directly.
Sponsored content labelling: All custom review orders are published with a sponsored content disclosure label, in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection regulations.
Review key provision: You agree to provide a valid review key or access method for the game. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation of the order without refund if other work has begun.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment terms are agreed individually at the time of order confirmation.

Refunds: Custom review orders and editorial placements are non-refundable once editorial work has begun. "Editorial work" begins when a team member starts playing the game or begins drafting content.

If an order is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued at Questilog's discretion, less any reasonable administrative costs. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

No subscription or recurring billing applies to any service currently offered by Questilog. All services are one-off transactions unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

6. Corrections and Complaints

If you believe published content contains a factual error, you may submit a correction request to [email protected], including the specific claim you believe to be incorrect and supporting evidence. We review factual correction requests and respond within five business days.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
